App no longer working

The latest update was apparently auto pushed - icon changed and is stuck in installing update mode. Cant get to files - wifi import, iTunes sync - nada!! I purchased the pro level and am BLAZENLY UNHAPPY that youre update not only isnt working but may have caused loss of files. In this day and age REALLY?!? PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!
